Need LOTS of sleep…

The more I do my assignments, the more I hate my class. How could a class where out sole purpose is to study become a class where everyone is trying to hide information from each other?

It’s all because of that idiot.

The spirit of the original PPS was actually long gone way before MenJ bought over the website. To me, it wasn’t because of the tonnes of people joining the blogging scene, but the tonnes of money making blogs posting nothing but crappy copy-paste content.

However, things sort of change since MenJ bought over the website. Some pings were cencored, people were banned because they insulted others, bloggers were being threatened of bans and police reports.

There goes freedom of speech at PPS.

I don’t like the way the new PPS works. It’s like a kid screaming he don’t like to eat vegetables with his hands over his ears.

There are lots of alternative and great “Web2.0 ways” to read blogs nowadays anyway.

Working under someone usually takes the fun out of work even when you’re in the line of work you enjoy. Also, working under lots of stupid rules and system and especially deadlines usually takes away lots of creativity and the mood to even do something.

Say for example, You have a great idea which could improve your department’s efficiency by “a lot”. But, your boss needs you to do something “More important” to keep his ass out of the fire. After that, you’re in the fire just because the company is implementing some “cost cutting” measures. So what does your boss do? Give you more work and and tighter deadlines so you can “prove yourself” that you’re one of the better ones to be hired back, OR “Here’re a few phone numbers, good luck”.

I’m studying really hard to get my qualifications. If I get a better paper, I get a better job… working under somebody…

Using prepaid mobile services can be scary especially with a phone capable of lots of internet connection and multimedia. One wrong settings will start using up your credits downloading things you might not know and wham! You lost a bunch of money/credits within 1 day. (Damn blardy podcasts)

Well, it’s a lesson learnt for me. I’ve disabled most of the 3G internet connection on my phone and am now looking for a good postpaid package.

Yeah, I haven’t blogged about my new phone yet huh? It’s very common already now anyway though.

Woke up with a horrible headache and neck pain which lasted for the entire day today.

Drinking lots of coffee doesn’t really help. Having an extra long class today was also not very helpful. Getting some rain on myself wasn’t a very good idea either.

I better hit the bed early today.

I’m sorry to have left you alone for such a long time. I know that there have been several new versions of WordPress now and there are several plug-ins which are now not working properly. Also you must be very hungry now that I’ve didn’t fed you with any new content.

I’M SORRY!

I swear, that I’ve downloaded several copies of WordPress and wanted to update your program but I just didn’t have the time. Things were really crazy at work and with real life. I can’t tell you too much of my own personal stuff because, you know, you blogs tell everyone you meet or meets you everything!

Anyway, I still am very much here to help you get refreshed again. Will clean up all those broken videos which was caused by an old plug-in, will also help you get updated to the latest version as soon as possible and also will try to write more often!

How about a fresh theme? Or do you like this one? I do feel that this theme suits you well and it fits really well on a wide screen monitor.

Anyway, I’ve got so many things that I need to tell you! About my new phone, new ways I can connect to the online world, about the crazy stuff happening at class. But it’s late now and I’ve got so much more work to do tomorrow!

It seems that Clarinase has no effect on my running nose or I’m taking the wrong medicine for my symptoms.

I know taking medicines without first consulting a doctor is not right. But this is Malaysia, drug offense is most severe in this country but you can freely buy medical drugs anywhere! Even more easier then in the US. All you have to do is to walk into a pharmacy or a clinic and tell them what you want! You don’t even have to be diagnosed or get a doctor’s written prescription first to buy them.

So, I’m still having a running nose. Actually, the damn thing is running into my throat instead of out. This is giving me a bad sore throat and I am sure giving me my upset stomach.

The only remedy I know which truly works for this kind of illness is sleep. Doctors won’t give MC for this and I can’t sleep in my office… So… Sigh…

One of my friend used to say “Sin Chai bo sui, bin pun bo sui” which means “Body not pretty, face also not pretty”. Of course, he was referring to girls whenever he’s comparing girls or guys who actually choose normal looking girls as their girlfriends.

At least normal looking girls will still probably have good attitude, personality, brains or fashion sense to make up for it. Maybe they can cook well or are extremely good in their studies.

Well, about 2 and a half years ago, when I enrolled in a part time engineering course, I got into the same class as a girl who I can say, Body not pretty, face not pretty, attitude not pretty, height of a shorty, talks like aunty, fashion sense like Ugly Betty, complains like crazy and yet she has so much ego that she doesn’t even realize her own stupidity in our batch.

Almost every single lecturer who has thought in our class has been complained by her and it as caused so much delay and problems to our batch. My class should have been in our 5th semester by now but thanks to her constant complaining, we are delayed for 6 months! even the schedule is also complained. She and only she can’t take Saturday classes but she has to make it into big issue and caused everyone else who has no problem with it to adjust to her schedule. She can’t study well because the lecturer isn’t teaching her properly. It’s hers and only her problem. Damn PSDC for not investigating things properly enough before taking action which affects our whole class!

I wonder, how can that girl have a boyfriend? Is that guy stupid as well or retarded or what?

I think I’ve just lost whole directory of files which I’ve worked very hard to create. I left it in a “backup server” which was supposed to be safe since the department paid over a few thousands of Ringgit monthly to maintain it. Now, the whole server is gone… That includes my backup copy which is also gone when my PC’s hard drive crashed, and my own portable pen drive backup got corrupted.

What a coincidence that all the backup files got lost at the same time. And it’s going to take me a lot of time just to redo the whole thing.
