I get out of breath when i don't get enough sleep. There was once during my teen years i was active and barely slept. I ended up gasping for air like a goldfish out of water when i played sports, it was really strange. It's like i could not breath. After 10hours of sleep, that symptom disappeared completely.

I still get it if i push myself too hard + lack of sleep. Especially when I travel since i physically exhaust myself on top of sleep deprivation.
